Toplee Trading (Pty) Ltd is a multidisciplinary company delivering world-class services in construction, electrical engineering, ICT, logistics, security, waste management, and renewable energy. Established in 2004, we are a 100% black-owned, Level 1 BBBEE enterprise with a national footprint, providing services in all nine provinces of South Africa. Our foundation is built on technical expertise, managerial excellence, and a passion for sustainable development. We were formed by a team comprising an Electrical Engineering Technician, a Civil Engineering Technician, and an Educator — blending technical know-how with strategic leadership to create a company that delivers unmatched quality and innovation.

Phathutshedzo Tshivhase – Managing Director

A business architect with over 22 years of ICT experience, holding a BCom Informatics degree and Electrical Engineering Diploma (NTC6). Expert in project management, enterprise mobility, cloud services, IoT, AI, and telecom infrastructure. Has worked with Telkom SA, Neotel SA, BT Global, Vodacom, and key clients like NYDA, Transnet, PRASA, NDOH, and DIRCO.
